I'm the rightful owner of the modification made for a friend, and I believe it's unfair that the public doesn't have the chance to also obtain the mod though same may already have it. It was made for Florence Avenue Stoners, a short period Sureno faction that went wrong, but this skin will carry on it's legacy. The credits go to Rockstar, myself, and a cap model model owner I cannot find the credits to since it's used a lot in different mods.
